12. REAR WHEEL/BRAKE/SUSPENSION K-PIPE 125 REAR FORK REMOVAL Remove the rear wheel. Remove the rear shock absorbers. Remove the cover the rear fork pivot nut to remove the pivot and rear fork. Main stand Rear fork pivot Remove the drive chain slider and check for wear or damage. When replacing the rear fork pivot bushings, press in the new bushings to make them flush with the rear fork. INSTALLATION Install the rear fork in the reverse order of removal. Tighten the rear fork pivot nut. Torque: 5.57.0kg-m After the rear fork is installed, install the following parts: Rear shock absorbers Rear wheel Drive chain cover Rear brake adjustment Rear fork Rear fork pivot 12-9
