 POOR PERFORMANCE (AT HIGH SPEED)

 Check ignition timing.

 Check auto fuel valve
 for fuel supply.

 Remove auto
 bystarter connecting
 wire and check if

 Connect auto

 minutes, then
 connect a hose to fuel
 enriching circuit and
